Activity 5: Critical Reflection exercise

In your small group:

• 1 person identify a ‘situation’ that a worker has brought to situational supervision in the last month
• Consider what the ‘Quick Fix’ response would be.
• Identify the ‘critical’, wider societal issues in the situation (see Ruch’s description of critical reflection below)
• Work together & discuss how you could help the worker reflect on these i.e. what questions would help?
