Review the sample supervision agreement below (see also page 19 of the training booklet).
Consider the following questions:
- What is clear and agreed between you and your supervisees?
- What is clear and agreed between you and your supervisor?
- What is unclear? Is anything disputed?
- Would they agree with you? How would you know?
- What actions can you take to strengthen those supervisory arrangements?
